What this means for you:
a) The ITIL v3 intermediate courses will not be delivered prior to October 08.
b) HP Education stands by the very significant value of the existing v2 Practitioner and Manager courses.
c) Syllabi for the above v3 courses will be released well in advance of the exam live pilots, which means that HP Education will be prepared to deliver these courses in October and January according to the above schedule.
