This instructor–led training course introduces the student to the HP StorageWorks Modular Smart Array (MSA) 2012fc and 2012i. This course focuses on implementing and managing an MSA SAN solution. The student gains an understanding of the features, benefits, and components of each of the systems and learns the main considerations for installing, configuring, and troubleshooting the systems. The student also learns to use the various tools and utilities available for configuring and managing the array systems. Hands-on lab exercises are included to correlate with the classroom materials.
The course also includes discussions of supported hardware, software, and firmware and provides background information on array systems, iSCSI networks, concepts and terms. You will also learn to use the various tools and utilities available for configuring and managing the array systems. |
